Contexte
Natixis Factor provides receivables management solutions including factoring, credit insurance, business information and debt collection for the Natixis, Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne networks, and for brokers.
Description
You will report to the head of administration in the customer service and relations department. You will be responsible for handling events occurring during the life of a portfolio of client contracts. You will continuously analyze risks related to contract administration and take all necessary preventive and corrective actions. Your role is to provide our clients with reliable purchase ledger accounting. As their main point of contact, you will maximize the quality of service provided to our clients to project a highly professional image of Natixis Factor and the Group, thereby contributing to sustainable client relationships. Your main duties will be:
- Checking and valuing invoicing received;
- Meeting clients' financing requirements and ensuring their needs are met in terms of lead times;
- Handling the simple and complexes entries required for account management;
- Chasing up debtors by telephone;
- Optimizing administration of the daily events occurring during the life of the contracts;
- Ensuring smooth, high-quality internal exchanges, especially with the purchase ledger administrators;
- Taking part in management committee meetings, which provide the forum for communications involving all aspects of contract administration;
- Making recommendations for improving contracts both in terms of risk and business development;
- Occasionally visiting clients alongside the account manager.

Profil
Post high school education in accounting/management. Knowledge of the intercompany invoicing process and the legal and financial aspects of a company. Excellent skills in standard office systems.
