In order to stay in tune with its individual shareholders, Natixis has set up a Shareholder Consultative Committee to get their opinion on individual shareholders’ communications and improve the communications media.

The Natixis Shareholders’ Consultative Committee (NSCC) provides advice on the Group’s communication policy towards individual shareholders and suggests improvements to the communications tools provided.

Futhermore, Philippe DUPONT, Executive Chairman of Natixis, acts as honorary chairman to the Committee.
The Committee is chaired by Pierre JACOB, Head of Global Communications and Investor Relations.
Valérie BOAS, Shareholder Relations Manager, acts as secretary to the Committee.

 

 

2008 agenda

The NSCC convenes at least twice a year.

In 2008, the meetings will be held on April 3 and October 16.

 

 

How to become a member

 


All shareholders with at least 50 bearer shares can become a member of the NSC by sending a cover letter, a resume and the application form duly filled.

The call for candidacies to the NSCC for this year has been closed since February 15, 2008.

The candidacy of shareholders who wish to apply after this date will be considered for replacements.
