Three independent accounting firms

The bank’s financial statements are audited by three independent accounting firms.

Mazars was appointed by the combined general of November 17, 2006, for a term of six years ending on the general meeting to approve the financial statements for 2011.

KPMG was appointed by the combined general of May 27, 2010, for a term of six years ending on the general meeting to approve the financial statements for 2015.

Deloitte & Associés was re-appointed by the combined general of May 27, 2010, for a term of six years ending on the general meeting to approve the financial statements for 2015.

  • M. Malcolm MC LARTY – 1, cours Valmy - 92923 Paris La Défense cedex.

The Auditors were paid fees in return for their services that are mentioned on page 64 of the Registration document.
