Diversity, at the core of our HR policy

Natixis is committed to a policy based on the integration through employment, respect and equal chances and the fight against discrimination.

As a signatory of the Diversity Charter, Natixis pursues its approach in terms of diversity via three main targets.

 

 


  • Gender equality

The management of women’s careers was the target of two actions in 2010 to faciliate women’s access to seniro management positions: career assessment meetings were organized with Human resources managers and a specific career path for high-potential female staff with a pilot group was introduces.

 

  • Employment of seniors

Natixis’ principal focus is keeping seniors aged 55 and over in employment, by raising the age at which they leave the company by one calendar quarter every year. Actions taken include career assessment meetings between senior employees and their Human resources manager, set up specific professional reviews and help in retirement preparation.

 

  • Actions in favor of employees with disabilities

Natixis confirmed that the place of employees with disabilities within the company is an important corporate social responsibility. A review of the situation of Natixis regarding handicap was carried out. It was completed with accessibility surveys of buildings. Support of staff with disabilities was strengthened and an agreement concerning handicap was signed for the years 2011 to 2013.
