Natixis Shareholders' Consultative Committee (NSCC)
In order to stay in tune with its individual shareholders, Natixis has set up a Shareholders' Consultative Committee to get their opinion on individual shareholders’ communications and improve the communications media.
Assignments of the Natixis Shareholders' Consultative Committee
The Natixis Shareholders’ Consultative Committee (NSCC) provides advice on the Group’s communication policy towards individual shareholders and suggests improvements to the communications tools provided.
Members
Twelve Natixis' shareholders who represent individual shareholders.
The Committee is chaired by Christophe RICETTI, Investor Relations Manager.
Valérie BOAS, Shareholder Relations Manager, acts as Secretary to the Committee.
The Natixis Shareholders’ Consultative Committee (NSCC) with a part of the Shareholder Relations Team.
Agenda
The NSCC convenes at least twice a year.
- In 2012, the Committee was held on January 25
- In 2011, the Committee met on March 14 and on November 14
- In 2010, the meetings were held on May 18 and November 18
- In 2009, the Committee met on April 6 and October 28
- In 2008, the meetings were held on April 3 and October 21
How to become a member
All shareholders holding at least 50 bearer shares can become a member of the NSCC by sending a cover letter, a resume and the application form duly filled.
The application form and the NCSS charter can be:
