Promoting and valuing the employment of seniors

A Seniors action plan was prepared in October 2009. Natixis’ main areas of commitment involve helping seniors, i.e. workers aged 55 and up, to remain employed.







Several actions have been implemented:

  • Career update meetings involving senior-age employees and their HR managers.
  • Skills assessments and access to training encouraged
  • Support to prepare for the transition between professional life and retirement
