Natixis’ teams at SIBOS 2012

For the third consecutive year, Natixis will be present at SIBOS, the world’s premier financial services event, which will be held in Osaka, Japan, from October 29 to November 1, 2012.

Sibos, a major event

Every year Sibos brings together influential leaders from financial institutions, market infrastructures, multinational corporations and technology partners to do business and shape the future of the financial industry. Facilitated and organized by SWIFT1 for the SWIFT community, Sibos is much more than a conference and exhibition. It is a unique forum to collaborate and take collective action in payments, securities, cash management and trade. With the power to draw several thousands of participants from across the globe, Sibos is unparalleled in its reputation to reach the entire financial services industry.

In a troubled financial environment, this major annual meeting favors exchanges of views and allows the partners to inquire about the new regulations applicable to the sector.

Meet Natixis at stand 5C15

The Natixis businesses most represented are correspondent banking, cash management and payments. Our experts will be there to answer your questions.

Natixis will demonstrate its expertise with a conference on the “Full implementation of the ISO Creditor Payment Activation Request, leveraging SEPAmail”.

Monday, October 29, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Community room 1

Based on ISO 20022 standards, a complete “bill presentment” service is currently being experimented with 5 major banking groups of the SEPA area, using SEPAmail.
The session will demonstrate the link between the ERP of the creditor and the smartphone of the debtor, from a user point of view. It will also show how this service was created by encapsulating ISO standard into SEPAmail standard2.
As a conclusion, an outlook of all services built on both ISO and SEPAmail will be presented.
Olivier Laborde, Head of Marketing and Innovation at Natixis, will be speaking alongside other speakers, including two from BPCE.

This year, a virtual Natixis stand will also present the products to all participants for several months after the conference.
