Building stronger ties with customers by increasing the digital dimension of products and services

Natixis Interépargne is constantly expanding its digital products and services to assist customers. It aims to be fully digital  by the end of 2018 and will make sure that customers get the best of our human and digital resources.

Natixis Interépargne has launched new support and help-desk services to enhance customer service:

  • Mon Epargne Salariale, the first mobile-phone app on the market with transaction processing functions  

At the cutting edge of interactive digital tools, Natixis Interépargne was the first in the market in 2014 to launch an app with transaction processing functions so customers can take care of transactions wherever they are. In 2015, it increased its range of mobile services with the launch of the first employee savings app for Apple Watch. At December 31, 2015, Mon Epargne Salariale recorded over 3 million connections. 

  •  Thomas, the interactive virtual agent (IVA)

Thomas was designed to help field savers’ questions about their employee savings schemes. In 2015, his role was enhanced from that of a virtual presenter to one of an interactive virtual agent. Thomas won the Mister Client 2016 prize for best virtual agent for customer relationships. Thomas is available 24/7 on the Natixis Interépargne website and on the Mon Epargne Salariale mobile app. He answers any questions savers have about their employee savings scheme. He has a very comprehensive knowledge base and assists them in all their dealings.  He is proactive and can also suggest themes associated with savers’ questions to advance their research. Thomas has received over 500,000 requests since he was introduced in March 2015 and boasts a 73% satisfaction rate.  


  • Skip the phone queue with Tempoz, a first for the employee savings market

Thanks to Tempoz, savers wishing to speak to an employee savings expert can skip the phone wait with a single-use phone number sent by a SMS text by Natixis Interépargne’s customer team on their mobile phones. This single-use phone number enables them to get through to the customer helpdesk as a matter of priority.
With the Tchat service, savers can also talk to an employee savings expert via an on-line chat service. 

  • Epargne Corner, Natixis Interépargne’s new interactive digital tool

Epargne Corner
is a digital terminal that combines interactivity and learning using integrated digital solutions. The terminal personalizes content using the users’ profiles and simplifies company employee savings programs, thereby prompting savers to use them more frequently. The pilot program was developed by Natixis Interépargne in partnership with electronics and corporate digitization giant Samsung Electronics France, and advertising agency Cheil, a retail, digital and social experience specialist, alongside Orange Business Services and Jacare Technologies. In April 2016, Epargne Corner won the Profideo Innovation Trophy award which singles out the industry’s most innovative bancassurance products and services.

Innovation in financial management

With the help of Natixis Interépargne, the first employee savings mutual fund (“SICAV”) wholly dedicated to SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) was created in July 2013.

Mirova* which manages the Impact ES fund distributed by Natixis Interépargne received the Actif d’or de la Performance award for the Impact ES Oblig Euro euro bond compartment dedicated to SRI bond management. The prize which is awarded by AGEFI Actifs singles out performance versus risk for funds that are 2-3 years old in the bond, equity, diversified and absolute performance categories.
