A one-stop shop
Natixis includes a private equity business within its Investment Solutions division and aims to expand this activity for third parties.
Natixis’ private equity business has five management teams structured around three main activities:
- Venture capital to uncover the potential of companies: Seventure Partners,
- Development capital/LBO to support and guide growing companies: Naxicap Partners,
- Funds-of-funds and direct co-investment to meet the needs of institutional money managers: Dahlia Partners in Europe, Eagle Asia Partners in Asia and Caspian Private Equity in the US.
These five teams are:
- highly qualified;
- dedicated to specific investments in the small/mid caps;
- well placed on their respective markets, with a solid international footprint.
