Furthermore, within the framework of the implementation of this strategic plan, which achieved significant financial results in 2010 and the first half of 2011, we have a dynamic human resources policy designed to attract the most talented individuals to join us and help us develop services for our clients. »

 What is the outlook for recruitment at Natixis?

[Alain Delouis]
« The outlook is bright since we are currently expanding. As an example, in the first half of 2011 we hired 800 people in both France and abroad, in particular in the United States and Asia. We also have 1,500 international and domestic internships and sandwich programs available for young people who are in training or pursuing their studies. »

What profiles interest you in particular?

[Alain Delouis]
« There are two types of profile of interest to us. The first is individuals with engineering, business school or university master’s degrees for our company’s sales and marketing functions (in Corporate and Investment Banking, Investment Solutions and Specialized Financial Services) and our control functions (risks, finance, internal audit and compliance). In addition we seek individuals with bachelor’s degrees for functions such as back-office managers or managers in the area of insurance. »

Are you looking for young graduates or experienced professionals?

[Alain Delouis]
« Both. In fact we are interested in young graduates for a certain number of functions, in particular sales and marketing functions, but also in more experienced people who can bring an additional perspective and skills to our various businesses. »
