Natixis’ General Shareholders’ Meeting was held on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 3:00 p.m., at Palais Brongniart 25, Place de la Bourse, 75002 Paris.
This General Shareholders' Meeting was combined as it included resolutions falling within the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting (approval of accounts, annual results, ratification and co-optation/nominations of Directors) and resolutions falling within the jurisdiction of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting (renewal of financial authorizations and delegations, update of the Company's charter).
