Natixis Assurances receives Top Com awards for its Banque Populaire network training program
Natixis Assurances distributes its products via the Banque Populaire network. It has set up a training program, called Master Assurances Academy, to help its account managers better know its products.

A program rewarded at the 2012 Top Com Corporate Business
At the Corporate Communications convention organized by l’Expression/COM, the 2012 Top Com Corporate Business trophies were awarded for best actions and achievements for the year. The jury of experts and professionals in the areas of marketing, communications and HR rewarded the best communications operations in some thirty categories.
The Master Assurances Academy of Natixis Assurances won 4 prizes:
- Grand Prix in the Marketing section- Relational and Promotional B to B category;
- a Top Com d'Or in the Digital section – Intranet category; and
- two Prix spéciaux de l'expression in each of the Marketing and Digital section.
A innovative scheme
The training scheme set up for the account managers of the Banque Populaire network was deployed throughout 2011.
Every month, a health and benefit protection or casualty insurance policy is presented, in the form of offbeat and humorous videos, on a video channel on a dedicated site. The scheme also provides:
- information on products,
- advice on sales,
- knowledge quizzes, and
- a blog where they can exchange views on good sales practices.
