Natixis wins the Most attractive employer award 2013

Natixis came in first out of the five major financial players* nominated in the Services category. In 2012, Groupe BPCE won this award.

Natixis is one of the companies who won in its category the first time it competed.

The 10,500 internet voters put forward three criteria: compensation, interesting job content and management.

The award ceremony, held on March 21, 2013 in the presence of 200 CHROs, was hosted by Stéphane Soumier, journalist at BFM. The awards were given out by Abdel Aïssou, Vice-president and CEO of Randstad France.

After the award ceremony, winning companies will receive a personalized report with results of the survey and comments.

Randstad Awards, employer attractiveness rewarded by working people

In 2000, Randstad partnered with ICMA International to launch the first Randstad Awards in Belgium and survey the employer branding of 50 local companies. After 13 years of close collaboration, the survey was extended to 2,000 companies and 18 countries (Europe, Asia-Pacific and Americas).

The latest survey carried out in France was with a sample of 10,500 potential employees, aged 18 to 65, who stated the criteria they use to chose a company they would like to work for out of the 220 largest companies in France.

Companies cannot ask to be part of the survey. The winners are selected based on their relative attractiveness as employers.
