Natixis Shareholders’ Meeting
500 shareholders attended Natixis’ Combined Shareholders’ Meeting.
François Pérol, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Natixis, and Laurent Mignon, Chief Executive officer, invited Natixis’ shareholders to its Combined Shareholders’ Meeting on May 21 at CNIT de Paris-La Défense.
The following subjects were presented:
- an analysis of the New Deal plan,
- the project for the sale of the Cooperative Investment Certificates to Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne
- a comment on the 2012 results and a forecast for 2013
François Pérol and Laurent Mignon answered the shareholders’ questions and in particular on Natixis’ profitability and the project for the sale of the CCIs.
Resolutions put to the vote
All resolutions were approved, for instance the 2012 consolidated financial statements, the profit appropriation and the payment of a dividend of €0.10 per share.
At the end of the meeting, François Pérol invited the shareholders to meet on May 24, 2014.
