Close to 500 Natixis employees took part in the Odysséa race on October 5 in Vincennes for the fight against breast cancer.
Strong mobilization for Odysséa in Paris
Close to 38,000 persons were on the starting line for the 13th edition of Odysséa, which took place on October 5, 2014 in Vincennes. The goal: to collect funds for the fight against breast cancer.
The charity event, to which 493 Natixis employees contributed, recorded an unprecedented participation of 38, 000 runners.
This massive participation demonstrates the Natixis employees' active mobilization for this cause and leads Natixis to 2nd place among the companies engaged in the challenge of having the largest number of registrations.
The 470,000 euros collected as a result of the runners' participation and the donations will be given to Institut Gustave Roussy for the benefit of breast cancer research. Like every year, the Senior Management of Natixis matched its employees' registration fees to join in their tremendous act of generosity and solidarity.
Natixis is more broadly involved in the fight against cancer through the support it provides to Gustave Roussy in its research program on personalized cancer medicine.
