“Natixis is really proud to launch the second edition of our CIB EMEA Graduate Program. For 18 months we offer the opportunity to 10 Graduates to continuously learn from various experiences in three different EMEA countries. While building the CIB new business model, we expect today’s young talents to be tomorrow’s leaders. Our international development will definitely benefit from talents graduated from the best European schools.”
Our international footprint
"Natixis is renewing its CIB Graduate Program after the success of our first experience. The EMEA Graduate Program highlights the internationalization of our bank which is dear to CIB.
Natixis will recruit and train top graduates from Europe in parallel to our American and Asian Graduate Programs to enhance the diversity of our talent. Graduates recruited will be part of a 360° mobility, across business lines and locations. Our international footprint will be reinforced by these Graduates."
Diversified expertise in CIB Business lines
"Natixis’ CIB EMEA Graduate Program was an incredible experience because it offers the opportunity to have a well-rounded and international learning and build a Pan-European professional network. I also had the opportunity to enhance my technical knowledge (training sessions, finance exams) as well as to decide my career path based on my skills, strengths and interests."
"From a personal point of view I guess the best part of Natixis’ CIB EMEA Graduate Program is being able to experience life in 3 different countries and cities over such a short period of time as well as the close relationships that will eventually be tied between graduates and Natixis employees."
