On October 8, Natixis won the CAC LARGE 60 Grand Prix at the 2015 Transparency Awards.
Natixis came in second overall (SBF 120 index) for its regulatory financial information (reference document, half-yearly financial report, website and notice of general meeting). Information transparency is analyzed using 127 criteria broken down into four main headings: accessibility, availability, accuracy and comparability.
The Transparency Awards recognize French listed companies that have adopted best practices in financial communication in increasingly demanding requirements from regulations authorities and other financial players.
“This award is the result of the commitment of the teams and of Natixis’s undertaking to deliver transparent and quality information to its shareholders and investors, to build a trusting professional relationship.” says Jean Cheval, Head of Finance and Risks.
