Natixis Assurances recruits during an Escape game!
After the job dating and “afterwork without a CV” events, Natixis Assurances continues to innovate in its recruiting methods to fill job vacancies in its center for excellence and client service (CERC) in Villeneuve d’Ascq. As part of these innovation initiatives, it took part in a major first: the “Escape Game Recrut” game.
On Tuesday, May 24 in Lille, 13 applicants were locked in a room with recruiters, with delegates from Caisse d'Epargne Nord France Europe attending. They had one hour to find a way out of the room by solving an investigation.
"It was a great experience, to be repeated without hesitation", "We were pleasantly surprised by the profile of applicants who, while being very different from each other, also proved to be very open-minded and client-focused".
These were the words of participants, applicants and recruiters alike, who truly accepted to play the game and managed to build a strong team spirit to solve the investigation.
In addition to being unprecedented, this “Escape Game Recrut” game ended on an excellent note since 2 teams out of 3 solved the riddle in less than the 60 minutes allotted and 10 applicants out of 13 were selected and invited to a recruitment session very shortly at CERC.
This experience that breaks with all the traditional codes of recruitment and lets the applicants express themselves spontaneously is definitely to be repeated!
