Natixis sponsor of the fourth Climate Finance Day
On November 28, 2018, the 4th annual Climate Finance Day will take place in Paris, under the patronage of the Presidency of the French Republic and of the French Ministry of Economy. The aim is to accelerate the international support to finance the fight against climate change.
In order to showcase solutions developed by the financial sector and accelerate commitments against climate change, Finance For Tomorrow, initiative led by Paris EUROPLACE to promote sustainable finance in France and internationally, is organizing this new edition of Climate Finance Day.
Climate Finance Day 2018 will bring together representatives of the financial industry, regulation and supervision authorities. It will showcase the most innovative initiatives aimed at accelerating the“financing of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Climate Agenda: Innovation and Impact”.
Natixis will take part in this 4th edition which will focus on accelerating mobilization and ongoing commitments.
François Riahi, CEO of Natixis, will participate in the discussions on the theme "Aligning capital flows: Are we on track?"
Philippe Zaouati, Managing Director of Mirova and Chair of Finance For Tomorrow, will give the welcoming remarks of the event.

In addition to the Climate Finance Day, the UNEP FI will organize 2 days of global roundtables on November 26 and 27.
On November 27, Louis Douady, Natixis’ Global Head of ESR, will take part in a session focused on green tagging.
