Natixis creates VEGA Investment Managers
VEGA Investment Managers is a management company specializing in investment solutions for wealth management clients. It is also Natixis’ expertise center in multi-management and open-architecture fund selection for all types of clients (individuals, institutions, corporate).
Born out of the merger of Natixis Multimanager and 1818 Gestion on January 1, 2013, VEGA Investment Managers relies on the skills developed over the last ten years by its 45 managers in joint management (equities, fixed income, multi-management), management under mandate, advisory and open-architecture fund selection.
Center of expertise for performance
The objective of VEGA Investment Managers is twofold:
- to meet the requirements of wealth-management clients of Groupe BPCE (Caisse d’Epargne and Banque Populaire retail banking networks) concerning portfolio construction and choice of investment vehicles,
- to provide institutional investors its expertise in open-architecture multi-management.
Size that combines stability and flexibility
With a staff of 76, VEGA Investment Managers has the size required to monitor all asset classes, while being reactive in a demanding business context.
VEGA Investment Managers is held 60% by Banque Privée 1818 and 40% by Natixis Asset Management. It manages €6.5 billion of assets. Marc Riez is Chief Executive Officer. Isabelle Reux-Brown is Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of management and due diligence.
